Wesley Fellowship at Emory University

Wesley Fellowship is a United Methodist campus ministry for Emory undergrads and graduate students housed at Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church. Wesley is an inclusive, justice-oriented community where students can ask questions, grow in their faith, and find belonging. Emory Wesley gathers on Monday nights at Glenn Memorial UMC in the Wesley Room, Room 211 in the Church School Building. We gather for games, worship, and Bible study at 6pm and eat dinner together at 7pm. Follow our Instagram, Facebook, or GroupMe accounts to stay up-to-date.

In addition to Monday night gatherings, students have other opportunities for discipleship, fellowship, worship, and service, including small groups for undergrads, graduate students, and students who identify in the LGBTQ+ community. See below a list of our weekly offerings.

Bible Study

Undergrads and graduate students are invited to join Glenn's Young Adult Ministry for Sunday School each Sunday morning at 9:45AM. We meet in the Wesley Room, room 211 in Glenn's Church School Building. Sunday School is casual, conversational, and open-minded. Donuts provided!

Service & Learning Opportunities

Wesley students are invited to join Glenn's Young Adult Ministry for monthly service & learning opportunities. Each month, we work with a local justice partner to learn about challenges in our community and serve our neighbors. Previous partners include Wellroot Family Services and Intown Cares. Worship

Join Glenn for Sunday morning worship at 8:30 or 11 am each Sunday morning. Our smaller 8:30 service takes place in the "Little Chapel" in the Church School Building. Our 11am service takes place in the Sanctuary. Reach out to Sutton with questions or for directions.

Join us for the Wesley Kickoff on Monday, January 26! We’ll begin with worship at 6pm in the Wesley Room followed by dinner and fellowship at 7.

Monthly Service Project: Intown Cares

Saturday, January 31, 9am | Intown Cares Food Pantry

On Saturday, January 31, Glenn Young Adults and Wesley students will volunteer at Intown Cares' food pantry from 9AM-12:30PM. This will be an active few hours with lots of moving around and lifting. Participants must wear close-toed shoes and fill out an online waiver to participate. RSVP at this link to receive the waiver and coordinate carpooling.
